Qinglong Lake Sales Office

Complementing the sales building as well as the existing landscape of the surrounding lake, the landscape design for the Qinglong Lake Sales Office has created a bold and contemporary space.
Utilising the existing wharf and park infrastructure to establish the framework around which to build the new forms, the design of the landscape successfully grounds the new building into its surroundings and creates a striking entry landscape for it.
Retrofitting new jetties, decks, bridges and gardens in the existing landscape and wharf infrastructure proved a challenge but has resulted in a cohesive and persuasive design.
