The HIghview apartments

Sydney, Australia

With architecture led by exceptional local architects and designers, this project is benchmarking a new standard for residential development in the growing market along the Sydney Metro line.

Comprising four towers that range from 18 to 24 levels, the landscape takes full advantage of the roof space, providing several unique gardens for residents to utilise.

The upper gardens – on levels ten, 18 and 24 – contain gardens that maximise the advantage of the building height to get striking views over the adjoining area and the city beyond. Each of these roof gardens is highlighted by a timber deck, floating over decorative pebbles adjacent to the building edge and ensconced by flowering trees and feature planting.

To help delineate the spaces as well as create privacy and a real sense of elegance, the decks are surrounded by palisade feature walls. The walls will in themselves be beautiful elements and will raise the quality of the entire gardens.
