To help establish a new commercial precinct on the outskirts of Dalian City, the landscape of this project threads together a call centre, R+D offices, employee dormitory and private executive villas, creating a vibrant and stimulating business development. 
 
The design is based on the idea of the left brain - right brain dynamic, where the left brain represents the structure needed to establish a successful company, and the right brain represents the creativity needed to break new ground in the marketplace.

Taking this idea further, the left brain represents the architectural forms within this commercial development while the right brain represents the flowing and inspiring landscape upon which the architecture floats. The intention of the landscape is to bring the left brain and right brain into harmony – by uniting the architecture and the landscape, by uniting the business with the generation of new ideas – hence establishing a successful commercial development.
